Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. The position demands coordinating various activities to ensure the application meets the intended requirements and functions effectively within the broader system environment. The engineer actively oversees progress, addresses challenges, and ensures alignment with project goals while maintaining clear communication with all involved parties.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of application development tasks to meet project timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure clarity of requirements and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather and validate requirements.
- Ability to document and communicate complex processes clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Skilled in identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies during the requirements phase.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
