Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of projects and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands proactive engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that solutions are aligned with business needs and technical requirements. Throughout the day, the engineer coordinates efforts across teams, oversees implementation details, and ensures that the applications are robust, scalable, and meet quality standards. This role is pivotal in driving the successful delivery of custom software solutions within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software applications.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components by managing development tasks effectively.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve application performance and reliability through proactive troubleshooting.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience with data modeling and database design principles related to cloud data warehousing.
- Strong understanding of SQL and query optimization techniques within Snowflake environments.
- Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes to support data pipelines and workflows.
- Ability to work with cloud platforms and understand their interaction with Snowflake for scalable data solutions.
- Knowledge of security best practices and data governance in cloud-based data warehouses.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
