About the Role: We are looking for a growth-oriented and data-driven professional to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for Intraday Trading and IPO businesses at Paytm Money. The role requires strong analytical thinking, campaign management capabilities, and collaboration across product, marketing, and analytics teams to improve user engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities: Drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for Intraday Trading and IPO products. Analyze user behavior, trading patterns, and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities and optimize user journeys. Design and execute growth campaigns across multiple channels including app, email, SMS, and push notifications. Collaborate with product, marketing, analytics, and business teams to improve user engagement and conversion metrics. Monitor key business metrics such as MTU, trading volume, IPO applications, activation rates, and conversion funnels. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign performance and user outcomes. Partner with the data team to build dashboards, reports, and tracking mechanisms for business monitoring. Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to support business growth strategies. Prepare periodic business reviews and performance summaries for leadership stakeholders.
Expectations/ Requirements: Minimum 3-4 Years of experience and understanding of Intra Day Business. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured thinking. Experience in growth analytics, campaign management, and funnel optimization. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and dashboard/reporting tools is preferred. Understanding of digital growth channels including push, email, SMS, and in-app campaigns. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Strong communication and presentation skills. Prior exposure to fintech, trading, IPO, or consumer internet businesses will be preferred. High ownership mindset with strong execution orientation and attention to detail.
