We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – Supply Chain Financing to drive growth and expand financing solutions for MSMEs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and channel partners, and promoting supply chain finance solutions that help businesses improve cash flow and working capital efficiency.

This role requires a strong understanding of supply chain financing, invoice discounting, and lending products, along with the ability to engage with business owners, distributors, suppliers, and corporate stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and supporting the financial needs of emerging and growing businesses.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients for supply chain financing and working capital solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase market penetration and revenue generation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with MSMEs, corporates, suppliers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Promote supply chain financing products, including invoice discounting and receivables financing solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand funding requirements and recommend suitable financing options.
  • Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline while ensuring timely conversion of opportunities.
  • Collaborate with credit, operations, and risk teams to facilitate smooth onboarding and disbursement processes.
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions with prospective clients.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management and ongoing support.
  • Track business performance metrics and provide regular reports on sales activities and growth initiatives.
  • Participate in networking events, industry forums, and business development activities to enhance market visibility.
