Associate Process Manager

Core Technical Skills

• Python (Mandatory): High proficiency is required. The resource must be able to write scripts from scratch, modify existing ones, and perform advanced debugging.
• SQL (Mandatory): Strong skills for data extraction and "number crunching."
• Data Analysis: The primary focus is on analyzing data and identifying issues/trends rather than building complex data pipelines (Data Engineering is not a priority).
• API Integration: Ability to use Python to pull data from APIs and format it into tables for analysis.

Secondary Skills

• BI Tools: Experience with Tableau or Power BI for reporting and dashboarding. 

Experience & Soft Skills

• Domain Knowledge: Marketing or campaign data experience is a "nice to have," but not strictly necessary. Technical strength is the priority.
• Communication: High-level communication skills are not critical, as the resource will work closely with the lead on requirements rather than being client-facing.

Key Responsibilities

• Debugging existing scripts and fixing broken data alerts.
• Pulling data from APIs and converting it into "formattable" data for reporting.
• Setting up automated alerts for metric fluctuations.
• Building reports in Tableau as per requirements.
