応募職種 / Job Description
1.社内関連部門と密接に連携しながら、パイプラインに関連する議論を促進し、担当業務内におけるJPBUの戦略的方向性を明示する.
2. グローバルとJPBUの戦略の整合と調整を図るためにステークホルダーとの協力関係と信頼関係を構築する.
3. オンコロジー領域を除く疾患領域において外部成長機会の探索・評価(トリアージ)プロセスを主導・調整し、変革的で新規性の高い将来の治療オプションを特定し、経営幹部に提案する.
4. 早期開発ステージにおいて関連するすべての部門の活動が適切なタイミングで計画・実行されるよう、New Product Planningプロセスを促進し、調整する.
5. 創造的思考や革新的なアイデアのためのチームディスカッション、部門横断ワークショップのファシリテートを行う.
応募要件
<実務経験 / Work experience>

  • 外部成長機会の探索と評価(トリアージ)プロセスならびに事業開発業務の経験.
  • 部門横断的プロジェクトをリードした経験、特にnew product planning commercial lead もしくは研究開発ポートフォリオ立案など.
  • 少なくとも10年以上の製薬会社における勤務経験.
  • 少なくとも5年以上、部門を横断したマトリックス組織をリードした経験.


<スキル・資格 / Preferred Qualifications>

  • Bachelor or above
  • MS/PhD preferred
  • Science/Pharmacology/Pathology/Biology/Engineering/Marketing or Business degree preferred


<語学 / Language>

  • ビジネスにおいて意思疎通やディスカッションを行える英語力
