FOR THE POST OF ASSISTANT PROFESSOR

Essential:

  1. Ph.D. with a minimum of 55% in Master’s Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant discipline.
  2. Consistently good academic record with First Class (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) Masters Degree in Business Management / Administration / in a relevant management related discipline or first class in two years full time PGDM programme from an institute accredited by the AICTE / UGC.
  3. Candidates with a minimum of two years experience of teaching excluding the period spent for obtaining the research degree will be preferred.
  4. Minimum 2 SCI Publications in refereed journals.

Desirable:

  1. Teaching, research, industrial and / or professional experience in a reputed  organization.
  2. Papers presented at conferences, published work such as research papers, books or technical reports published in referred journals, patents filed / obtained.

OR

In the event the candidate is from industry, the following requirements shall constitute as essential requirements:
