Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and promptly address any disruptions that may impact business processes, contributing to the overall reliability and efficiency of the technology environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize downtime.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for system monitoring and incident management.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on troubleshooting techniques.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with data integration and processing workflows within cloud-based environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex system interactions.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting while managing individual responsibilities.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
