As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues that arise within various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation across multiple platforms. The position demands continuous engagement with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through timely and effective problem resolution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify root causes of complex system issues and implement corrective actions.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address critical incidents efficiently.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in debugging and troubleshooting software applications.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Ability to analyze logs and system outputs to identify anomalies and performance bottlenecks.
- Experience working in collaborative environments with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication skills to effectively document issues and solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
