Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements and provide expert guidance on issue resolution.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance overall team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting distributed data processing environments.
- Strong skills in monitoring and optimizing performance of data pipelines and workflows.
- Ability to analyze logs and system metrics to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
