Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. You will engage with different teams to gather insights and feedback, which will help in enhancing the overall service delivery and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for enhancement to ensure optimal functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Around 9-12 years of experience as Techno -Functional consultant with minimum 2 E2E implementation in B2B service (Engagement) cloud

- Configure Notifications and Chat functionality
- Analytics and Knowledge Management

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
