Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and analyzing various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying and resolving issues that may impact system performance and availability. The professional collaborates across different teams to ensure seamless operation and continuity of critical applications, maintaining a vigilant stance to detect anomalies and implement timely solutions that support business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system monitoring processes and enhance overall system reliability.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align support activities with business priorities and technical requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools.
- Good To Have Skills: Network Architecture and Design, Automation Architecture.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret system alerts and logs for effective troubleshooting.
- Experience in configuring and maintaining monitoring dashboards and alerting mechanisms.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Enterprise Systems Monitoring Tools.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
