Analyst, Specialist Campaign Management, Transformation and Data

Job Purpose:

1. SPOC for Customer Communications for Marketing / Product / portfolio Teams for Consumer Banking Group

2. As a Campaign Ops Developer, you are accountable in executing of planned campaigns to help business teams to achieve business targets.

Key accountabilities:

• Ensure that Campaign list is created as per approved CRT

• Adhere to Campaign ToR to ensure “Zero” Error Rate

• Execute everyday Interactive workflow and procedures with QC (Maker-Checker)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure 100% utilization of data led features of existing platforms in CMP e.g. Unica

Opportunity Detect and Interact. Work with campaign operations team members to ensure that the full capability of these features are implemented in campaigns

• Ensuring best practice in campaign design, build, QA & execution on time and as per CRT.

• Being able to prioritize multiple tasks-based business critical outcomes and be able to work in an agile manner to deliver to marketing needs under guidance of TL.

Requirements:

· 7 to 10 years of experience (based on the post)

· Good academic background

· Should be self-motivated and adaptable.

· Should be focused and well organized

Education / Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor / PG degree in Computer science / IT is preferable

• Extensive experience in at least one Enterprise Marketing tool

Core Competencies:

• Designing campaigns

• Campaign Performance Tracking

Technical Competencies:

• Hands on Experience in using Enterprise Marketing tool like HCL UNICA is MUST; Adobe Campaigns and Oracle Eloqua etc… is a PLUS

• Experience in using SQL to perform data analysis & identifying customers based on business criteria using relational data bases.

• Any Product Business Knowledge is preferable

• Understanding of Big Data systems is beneficial

• Work both independently and collaboratively in gathering requirements with minimal supervision.

• Good written and oral communication skills
