National Manager Services (AMC)
India | Actis Technologies Pvt. Ltd. | Competitive, commensurate with experience Are you a service sales leader who prefers securing long-term strategic partnerships over chasing one-off transactional deals? If you have led service contract sales in any technology-driven B2B environment — from IT managed services and building automation to unified communications and enterprise hardware support — this role was built with you in mind. Actis is a 50+ year pioneer that designs and builds the technology infrastructure powering how India's top organisations work, collaborate, and connect — from boardrooms and campuses to luxury residences. As the Senior Manager, Services (AMC), you will lead our nationwide sales strategy for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), spares, and value-added services. You will oversee the entire sales lifecycle — from lead generation to contract renewal — maximising service
revenue, profitability, and customer retention across large commercial and corporate clients.
Experience 10+ years in B2B service sales, with demonstrated success selling Annual Maintenance Contracts, Managed Services, or post-sales support
agreements.
Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA highly preferred. Strong results always speak louder than
qualifications.
Background Audio Visual (AV) integration, IT infrastructure or networking managed services, Unified Communications (UC) or collaboration technology, Building Management Systems (BMS) or smart building solutions, Electronic Security or surveillance, Facility Management Technology, enterprise hardware support and maintenance, HVAC, or any complexm technical service environment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
● Drive national service growth: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets for AMCs and ongoing service contracts.
● Expand our service portfolio: Drive the sales of comprehensive Managed Services, including Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solutions, and the deployment of dedicated on-site resources.
● Lead periodic business reviews: Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key enterprise clients to demonstrate return on investment, review Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance, and identify areas for account expansion.
● Use data to drive decisions: Analyse service metrics, ticket volumes, and contract profitability data to refine offerings, prepare accurate sales pipelines and revenue forecasts, and optimise national operations.
● Lead and develop regional teams: Coach and monitor regional service sales teams to ensure they consistently exceed quarterly and annual targets.
● Manage the full contract lifecycle: Take ownership of identifying new opportunities for AMC expansion and overseeing the renewal process for existing high-value contracts.
● Navigate complex negotiations: Manage relationships with corporate enterprise clients, handling high-level negotiations to close complex, SLA-backed service agreements.
