Develops and expands electronic bill of lading adoption by engaging shippers and consignees, explaining the ZIM e/BL solution, supporting registration and activation, and assisting with basic installations. Maintains customer information, supports route expansion, monitors performance, handles complaints, resolves service issues, coordinates with internal teams and WAVE, and completes tracking and reporting requirements.

Drive e/BL pre-sales by engaging shippers and consignees, explaining ZIM e/BL solution, supporting registration and activation, updating V-Cards, coordinating with IT and customer service, resolving issues and complaints, monitoring performance, and maintaining tracking and reporting.

Perform outbound calls, qualify and manage customer relationships, close sales to meet monthly targets, analyze customers for targeted campaigns, track KPIs, update CRM, and pursue cross-sell/up-sell opportunities within an assigned portfolio.
