Maintains customer information, supports route expansion, monitors performance, handles complaints, resolves service issues, coordinates with internal teams and WAVE, and completes tracking and reporting requirements.

Drive e/BL pre-sales by engaging shippers and consignees, explaining ZIM e/BL solution, supporting registration and activation, updating V-Cards, coordinating with IT and customer service, resolving issues and complaints, monitoring performance, and maintaining tracking and reporting.
