Perform outbound calls, qualify leads, close sales to meet monthly targets, manage customer relationships and database, identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, forecast and report sales KPIs.

Support sales reps to convert leads into bookings, manage reefer planning and rate filings, coordinate forecasts and free-time filings, supervise and train team members, respond to customer emails/calls, and liaise with GSS and operations to ensure timely filing and updates.
