The Executive and Personal Assistant manages calendars, conducts research, tracks expenses, and handles communication for C-Suite leaders, balancing professional and personal support tasks.

Manage end-to-end client placement, including intake, candidate sourcing, interviews, discovery calls, live demos, closing deals, and post-close compliance. Maintain a ready candidate bench, rapidly identify qualified matches, prevent no-shows, formalize deals, and coordinate onboarding with customer success and talent acquisition teams. The role requires strong judgment, sales execution, recruiting experience, responsiveness, and the ability to improvise during live client and candidate interactions.

Own the end-to-end product experience for agentic AI products, including roadmap, feature definition, UX optimization, onboarding, and in-app education. Analyze product usage and customer feedback to identify friction, simplify workflows, improve conversion, and prioritize high-impact improvements. Partner with design and engineering while independently driving product direction, creating detailed PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs in a fast-moving startup environment.
