The Executive and Personal Assistant manages calendars, conducts research, tracks expenses, and handles communication for C-Suite leaders, balancing professional and personal support tasks.

Build and maintain backend integrations between internal applications and external platforms. Design reusable integration frameworks, SDKs, and microservices; implement API, webhook, authentication, and data-consistency workflows; automate processes; monitor reliability; troubleshoot issues; and collaborate with product and AI engineering teams. The role requires rapid delivery of scalable, secure integrations across B2B SaaS and other web platforms.

Own the end-to-end product experience for agentic AI products, partnering closely with the CPO, design, and engineering. Responsibilities include defining the roadmap, features, UX improvements, onboarding, in-app education, and product marketing content. The role requires deep product exploration, data-driven prioritization, identifying friction and gaps, creating comprehensive PRDs and prototypes, and shipping simple, high-impact improvements in a fast-moving startup environment.
