Owns network architecture and lifecycle management, including lab validation, deployment, capacity planning, lossless Ethernet tuning, Linux networking, packet-level diagnostics, vendor coordination, and automation using Python, Ansible, Git, and infrastructure-as-code practices.

Manage legal and secretarial functions for a fintech platform operating in NBFC and P2P lending. Responsibilities include providing regulatory and commercial legal guidance, ensuring RBI compliance, updating policies, overseeing litigation and dispute resolution, managing corporate secretarial filings, and supporting M&A, joint ventures, fundraising, due diligence, and risk management.

The Vice President of Growth will own end-to-end growth for consumer fintech products, including go-to-market, user acquisition, engagement, retention, experimentation, and key metrics such as revenue, GMV, MAU, CAC, and ROAS. The role integrates Marketing, Product, Technology, Data, and Business teams; leads cross-functional execution and performance reviews; develops scalable growth playbooks; manages acquisition budgets; and drives profitable growth in digital lending.
