We’re hiring a VP - Growth for our client to drive end-to-end growth across flagship consumer fintech products.
As the VP - Growth, your responsibilities would be:
- Drive end-to-end GTM, User Acquisition, Engagement & Retention strategies.
- Act as the growth integrator across Marketing, Product, Tech, Data & Business.
- Own key business & growth metrics including GMV, MAU, ATS, Revenue, CAC & ROAS.
- Build experimentation roadmaps and scalable growth playbooks.
- Lead cross-functional execution and weekly performance reviews.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years in Growth, Marketing or Business Strategy across Fintech/Consumer Internet.
- Proven ownership of end-to-end business outcomes including Revenue, GMV & Margins.
- Strong understanding of unit economics: CAC, ROAS, Payback & Contribution Margin.
- Experience leading cross-functional GTM execution in matrixed environments.
- Strong analytical, execution-oriented & experimentation-driven mindset.
- Exposure to Lending, PLG or multi-channel acquisition scaling preferred.
