Manage end-to-end HR operational workflows across the employee lifecycle, including employment documentation, HRIS and HRMS data management, onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, reporting, employee queries, consultancy coordination, vendor management, and invoice validation. The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accurate employee records and compliant documentation.

Implements education projects serving children in low-income communities, managing NGO partners, stakeholder relationships, field monitoring, evaluation, reporting, documentation, budgets, and financial reconciliation. The role coordinates with government education departments, schools, private agencies, civil society groups, and internal teams to improve project quality and learning outcomes. It requires independent project leadership, strong communication, organization, multilingual ability, MS Office proficiency, and extensive field travel.

Create and manage social media content for United Way Mumbai, including short- and long-form copy, visuals, stories, and campaign materials. Use Canva and social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Work independently, manage timelines, support impactful communications campaigns, and potentially develop basic video editing, trend analysis, and social analytics skills.
