Lead corporate treasury and liquidity management engagements: develop 13-week cash-flow forecasts, size liquidity buffers, run treasury diagnostics and maturity-gap analysis, advise on hedging strategies and hedge accounting, and establish treasury governance with stakeholders.

Perform actuarial liability calculations and reserves (claims, premium, IBNR, UPR, URR) for general insurance, build and validate models (R/Python/SPSS/SAS), support IFRS 17/IFRS 4/US GAAP implementations, perform UAT and model governance, and prepare reports for stakeholders across India and international geographies.

Perform QA reviews and health checks on Oracle Fusion Financials, design and configure AI use cases using Oracle Fusion AI/Agentic tools, support end-to-end Fusion Financials implementations, contribute to proposals/RFPs/demos, support testing, data migration validation and post-go-live improvements, and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams and stakeholders.

Lead pre-sales and growth marketing for the US professional services market: manage pipeline and CRM hygiene, coordinate proposals and pitch decks, run ABM and events/sponsorships, articulate product/AI positioning, and use prospecting/intelligence tools to drive business development while collaborating with a US-based office across time zones.

Provide technical accounting and financial reporting advisory to clients, manage client relationships and projects, mentor team members, support implementation of new accounting standards, prepare technical memos and financial statements, contribute to business development, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Lead finance operations transformation engagements advising CFOs and executives. Lead design and implementation of an enterprise data management framework including MDM, data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data modeling. Conduct maturity assessments, define policies and KPIs, evaluate tools, automate data processes, and operationalize a centralized Data Management Office across ERP systems like SAP ECC/S4HANA.
