Provide technical accounting advice and research, assist implementation of accounting standards, prepare financial statements, support client relationship management, contribute to proposals and business development, manage multiple engagements and deadlines, and stay current on accounting standards.

Lead end-to-end consulting engagements on capital management, including Basel III/IV compliance, RWA computations, FRTB, ICAAP/ILAAP, capital planning, stress testing and RAROC-based performance measurement. Advise executives on capital strategy and optimization, develop models and frameworks, deliver workshops, lead project teams, mentor junior consultants, and support business development and thought leadership in capital and balance-sheet management.
