Manager – Pre-Sales, Brand and Marketing (for Uniqus’s US Office, based in Mumbai)
- 6–8
years of experience in pre-sales, business development, or growth
marketing specifically within the US professional services or
consulting market
- Deep
understanding of US buyer behaviour — procurement cycles, RFP/RFQ
processes, and decision-making dynamics at CFO/COO/CTO level
- Experience
independently managing a growth office function — pipeline tracking,
proposal coordination, win/loss analysis, CRM hygiene (Salesforce or
HubSpot)
- Proven
ability to lead or contribute to proposal writing and pitch deck
development for US enterprise or mid-market clients
- Has
handled or closely supported events, conferences, brand building,
sponsorships in the US market — AICPA, IIA, industry summits,
etc.
- Working
knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies
tailored to the US market
- Exposure
to product branding or positioning — ability to
articulate a firm's tech/AI differentiation to US prospects in a
compelling way
- Comfortable
with digital tools that support pre-sales — digital marketing, LinkedIn
Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or equivalent prospecting/intelligence
platforms
- Understanding
of compliance and regulatory context relevant to US clients in finance,
accounting, or professional services sectors
- Experience
working in or closely with a US office setup — time zone
management, cross-functional remote collaboration, and independent
decision-making in a lean team
- Required
to work as per US time, if needed
CRM Tool
- Good understanding of CRM platforms and inputs,
reporting etc. features from sales, pipeline, perspective.
- Knowledge of other AI tool usage
