Lead end-to-end cost management for large/complex construction commissions: cost planning, estimating, procurement, post-contract cost control, valuations, final accounts, client interfacing, team leadership, bid support, and financial forecasting/reporting.

Requires bilingual (Japanese/English) communication and deep EPC contracting expertise.
