Support Senior PMs in planning, coordinating, and delivering mall A&A, tenancy, and F&B projects in Macau. Maintain schedules in MS Project, track costs, assist tendering, permits, site coordination, compliance, and prepare progress reports. Provide on-site construction and handover support.

Lead project controls for major capital investments: establish control plans, WBS, cost control, scheduling, progress measurement, forecasting and reporting; coordinate estimating and control account budgets; manage change and risk processes; provide monthly variance analysis and mitigation recommendations; lead and mentor the project control team.

Lead delivery of regional industrial/manufacturing capital projects across APAC, ensuring time, budget and quality. Manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, develop business cases, monitor costs and forecasts, handle procurement and contracts, manage risks and safety, perform design reviews, and report governance to steering committees.
