Lead engineering and facilities projects for a banking client, overseeing execution plans, quality control, procurement, and stakeholder management.

Manage and consolidate multi-disciplinary construction schedules for design, engineering, construction and commissioning. Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, perform schedule risk analysis (EVM/S-curve, SRA), define critical paths, produce KPI reports and lookaheads, validate contractor schedules and implement change control to mitigate delays and improve forecasting.

Lead end-to-end project advisory engagements for construction clients including lender's independent project monitoring, procurement and contract advisory, and contract management. Manage client relationships, prepare regular monitoring reports (risk, cost, progress), coordinate contract negotiation/execution, support bids and business development, ensure project financial and knowledge management, and oversee delivery to quality, time and budget.
