Develop and manage project schedules and baseline programs, perform critical path analysis, produce progress reports and dashboards, integrate schedules with budgets and manpower plans, support claims and EOT submissions, coordinate stakeholders, ensure contractual compliance, and implement planning best practices across commercial projects.

Conduct procurement audits, assess sourcing and purchasing controls, review vendor and contract compliance, identify risks and control gaps, analyze spend data, prepare audit reports and dashboards, and track remediation. The role collaborates with Procurement, Finance, Projects, Legal, and business stakeholders to strengthen governance, improve processes, and ensure adherence to policies, approvals, and commercial terms.

Supports end-to-end procurement and cost management for construction, infrastructure, real estate, and engineering projects. Responsibilities include sourcing, tendering, bid evaluation, supplier negotiation, cost planning, spend tracking, contract administration, change management, vendor performance monitoring, risk mitigation, and procurement compliance. The role collaborates with project, finance, legal, design, and operations teams while maintaining accurate, audit-ready procurement records.
