Supports pre- and post-contract cost management for civil construction systems, including quantity take-offs, cost estimates, cost planning, BOQ and rate analysis, bill verification, payment certification, tendering, procurement, contract administration, variations, cost reporting, feasibility studies, and final accounts. The role also assists Cost Managers with procurement reports, tender analysis, contractual documentation, and risk and change management.

Leads end-to-end delivery of a 1.0 million sq. ft. greenfield commercial development in Bangalore. Responsibilities include project strategy, planning, scheduling, design coordination, construction execution, cost and quality control, contractor and vendor management, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, statutory compliance, and commissioning. The role manages a multidisciplinary team of 20+ professionals and ensures delivery within approved timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards.

Provides strategic leadership for full lifecycle cost management on major sports complex and other complex development projects. Leads pre-contract cost planning, procurement strategy, commercial governance, cost control, risk management, client engagement, and project team delivery. Oversees forecasting, change management, contract administration, and final accounts while mentoring cost professionals, managing resources, and supporting business growth.
