Conduct procurement audits, assess sourcing and purchasing controls, review vendor and contract compliance, identify risks and control gaps, analyze spend data, prepare audit reports and dashboards, and track remediation. The role collaborates with Procurement, Finance, Projects, Legal, and business stakeholders to strengthen governance, improve processes, and ensure adherence to policies, approvals, and commercial terms.

Create and process purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365, manage PO lifecycle and approvals, ensure procurement compliance, maintain PO records, coordinate with finance and supply chain, monitor delivery and vendor performance, perform data entry/validation, and support reconciliation and process improvements.

Lead bid management for Turner & Townsend India: drive proposal strategy, run go/no-go decisions, mobilise stakeholders, produce and/or edit tender responses, ensure compliance with bid governance and brand, support BD activities (research, interview coaching), report on pipeline and maintain bid content libraries.
