Provide bilingual (Japanese/English) coordination across workplace, facilities, and real-estate projects. Support vendor onboarding, procurement, stakeholder communications, meetings, change requests, site logistics, and project close-out activities to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Lead all aspects of real estate project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, risk, client interfacing, documentation governance, progress tracking, change control, and risk mitigation throughout planning, design, construction and closeout.

Support construction project delivery by managing project documentation, procurement administration, purchase orders and invoices, cost trackers and reporting, project systems administration (Oracle, Procore, Tririga, SharePoint/GDrive), and ensuring governance, compliance and stakeholder coordination across project teams.
