Responsibilities include cost planning, budgeting, tender documentation, procurement support, contractor evaluation, variation and claims management, payment reviews, cost reporting, forecasting, final accounts, value engineering, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination.

The Bid Manager leads proposal and tender development for Malaysia, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, governance, win themes, content, and compliant submissions. Responsibilities include reviewing procurement documents, managing bid execution, writing and editing responses, coordinating partners, supporting interviews and business-generation activities, conducting competitor and market analysis, reporting on pipeline conversion, and maintaining bid content libraries. The role also supports marketing collateral and collaborates with technical and leadership teams to improve bid quality and conversion.

Manages reception, front-office operations, visitor access, mail, meeting rooms, onboarding, office facilities, inventory, assets, procurement, travel logistics, events, and administrative records. Coordinates with HR, IT, Facilities, Finance, vendors, and building management to maintain smooth office operations and employee support. Supervises cleaning and dispatch services, assists with invoices, and prepares recurring reports and presentations.
