Manage TORQ’s India HR function across the full employee lifecycle, including HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, learning and development, reporting, and engagement. Partner with business leaders and international HR teams to improve processes, support workforce planning, maintain compliant documentation, and build a professional, high-performance culture.

Manage day-to-day accounting, including general ledger, payables, receivables, invoicing, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial close activities. Support reporting, tax and statutory compliance, audits, payroll accounting, fixed assets, banking, intercompany transactions, and commodity trading accounting. The role also contributes to process improvements, internal controls, documentation, and ad hoc financial analysis in an international business environment.

The role involves handling MIS, preparing financial reports, conducting cost analysis, and presenting analysis to management for financial decisions.

The Accounts Manager is responsible for finalizing financial statements, managing audits, preparing reports, overseeing budgeting, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards while leading the accounting team.
