Responsibilities include tailoring applications, researching employers, connecting with recruiters, tracking applications and follow-ups, and improving recruitment workflows through automation. Requires at least three years of talent acquisition or sourcing experience, strong AI tool proficiency, excellent written English, attention to detail, and independent execution.
