Design and execute centrifugal pump orders from engineering through manufacturing support. Prepare drawings, BOMs, datasheets, and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with customer specifications, API 610, API 682, and company standards. Resolve technical issues with manufacturing, suppliers, and quality teams; participate in customer discussions; and support standardization, cost optimization, quality, and on-time delivery initiatives.

Supports inbound and outbound logistics, inventory tracking, warehouse documentation, transportation scheduling, delivery monitoring, and logistics record maintenance. Collaborates with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues while following safety and logistics procedures. Requires basic supply chain knowledge, organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with logistics software and Microsoft Excel.

Provide technical support to sales by analyzing inquiries, configuring pumps and accessories, preparing competitive technical-commercial quotations, evaluating technical and commercial risks, coordinating bid teams and subcontractors, leading technical negotiations, attending client clarification meetings, and ensuring complete order handover and sales system maintenance.
