Supports daily billing operations by monitoring billing inboxes, responding to customer queries, coordinating resolutions with internal teams, uploading and verifying invoices on customer portals, maintaining billing records, tracking submissions, and preparing billing reports. Requires attention to detail, strong communication, spreadsheet proficiency, knowledge of invoicing processes, and the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.

Leads collections and credit control activities to achieve collection targets, maintain DSO, minimize bad debt, resolve billing disputes, and ensure timely receivables recovery. Manages customer follow-ups, credit limits, ledger reconciliation, advances, TDS certificates, and payment records. Coordinates with internal teams, supports recovery strategies, handles escalations, prepares management reports, and drives process improvements while maintaining strong customer relationships.
