Own residential solar projects from post-sale handover through installation and commissioning. Plan timelines, allocate materials and teams, coordinate design, supply chain, installation, vendors, and service teams, validate site readiness, ensure quality and safety compliance, manage customer communication, complete documentation and net-metering coordination, and report project progress and escalations. The role requires field execution, regional travel, local-language communication, and weekend availability.

Own field-facing products and operational workflows spanning sales, installation, project management, and post-install service. Partner with operations, engineering, design, and analytics to translate on-ground challenges into scalable systems. Drive discovery, define requirements and success metrics, improve efficiency, reduce manual work and escalations, and make trade-offs that support reliable business growth.

Build and maintain scalable Node.js backend systems, RESTful APIs, internal and third-party service integrations, and microservices. Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement caching, logging, and monitoring. Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and stakeholders on architecture, code reviews, testing, documentation, and sprint planning. Deploy and manage services using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms in an agile environment.
