Advise clients on complex accounting and finance challenges during business transformations. Lead accounting research and analysis, manage client relationships, oversee memos and presentations, and deliver projects within budgets and workstreams. Provide coaching and performance feedback to junior team members while supporting technical accounting, capital markets, business combinations, IPO readiness, internal controls, and financial reporting initiatives.

Supports U.S. finance operations, including general ledger maintenance, month-end close, accruals, prepaid and fixed-asset schedules, reconciliations, cash-flow forecasting, tax compliance support, and cost-center allocations. The role uses Oracle NetSuite and Excel while maintaining accurate records, internal controls, and SOP compliance across U.S. and India time zones.

Supports end-to-end implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications across design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, mapping O2C processes, configuring functional components, validating solutions, resolving issues, preparing training materials, supporting client onboarding, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with consultants, product teams, technical teams, and QA. The role requires foundational knowledge of accounts receivable, collections, cash application, payment portals, SaaS configuration, and business process analysis.
