Leads the design, deployment, governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management of finance AI agents. Builds semantic data layers using BigQuery, dbt, and Fivetran; defines agent architecture, controls, escalation thresholds, auditability, and performance KPIs. Reengineers finance processes for agent-assisted workflows, manages AI risk and internal controls, and trains finance teams on adoption, usage, limitations, and change management.

The Progress Developer II will analyze and resolve application issues, develop and enhance applications primarily using Progress OpenEdge ABL and Java, and participate in the full software development lifecycle while ensuring high-quality code and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Owns QAD Support’s AI roadmap and governance while coordinating cross-functional initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, adoption, and optimization. The role manages milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholders, vendors, success criteria, and measurable business outcomes. It also drives AI enablement, training, communications, continuous improvement, and compliance with security, privacy, legal, and data governance requirements. This is an individual contributor position requiring strong program management and practical AI knowledge, without hands-on AI development.
