Leads the global HR technology function, owning Workday strategy, configuration, integrations, security, governance, budget, and continuous improvement. Manages HRIS analysts and delivers global implementations, upgrades, and system integrations. Owns HR automation and digitalization by redesigning processes and implementing workflow, RPA, AI, and self-service solutions. Partners with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and vendors to improve efficiency, data quality, compliance, and employee experience.

Analyze and design automation solutions using Xceptor, API integrations and low-code platforms; build workflows and integrations; apply data analysis; implement automated testing; collaborate with stakeholders and mentor team members focused on Africa region needs.
