Supports the Tax Manager in managing tax accounting, reporting, compliance, working capital, audits, and tax risk for African entities. Reviews monthly tax computations, VAT and tax reconciliations, filings, provisions, payments, and HFM reporting. Coordinates tax audits and investigations, communicates with tax authorities, monitors tax balances, and advises finance teams on tax issues and liability reduction.

Leads finance process optimization, digitalization, automation, and technology implementation across O2C, P2P, R2R, Treasury, Fixed Assets, and Tax. Partners with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions using ERP, BI, workflow automation, RPA, and AI-enabled tools. Manages business cases, solution design, testing, implementation, change management, adoption, controls, and benefits realization.

Manage end-to-end customer onboarding, including KYC documentation, credit and pricing requests, stakeholder communication, and customer account creation. Maintain customer master data across Salesforce, Navision, Payment 24, and Supplier One. Ensure data quality, policy compliance, system integrity, pricing updates, workflow controls, and issue remediation while coordinating with Sales, Credit, Pricing, Compliance, IT, and global business teams.
