Customize workflows, templates, and rules; document configurations; perform debugging and quality monitoring; provide technical leadership, training, and support; manage end-to-end CLM projects and collaborate with legal, sales, and operations to streamline contract management processes.

Analyze and design automation solutions using Xceptor, API integrations and low-code platforms; build workflows and integrations; apply data analysis; implement automated testing; collaborate with stakeholders and mentor team members focused on Africa region needs.

Lead global L&D strategy: assess training needs, design and deliver e-learning and classroom programs, manage LMS and vendors, track budgets, hire and oversee L&D specialists, support e-Puma training delivery, and measure training effectiveness to align with business priorities.
