Supports the Tax Manager in managing tax accounting, reporting, compliance, working capital, audits, and tax risk for African entities. Reviews monthly tax computations, VAT and tax reconciliations, filings, provisions, payments, and HFM reporting. Coordinates tax audits and investigations, communicates with tax authorities, monitors tax balances, and advises finance teams on tax issues and liability reduction.

The role maintains banking relationships, coordinates documentation and compliance, supports Treasury Management System enhancements, identifies cash optimization opportunities, and contributes to risk management, reporting, and process improvement.

Leads the global HR technology function, owning Workday strategy, configuration, integrations, security, governance, budget, and continuous improvement. Manages HRIS analysts and delivers global implementations, upgrades, and system integrations. Owns HR automation and digitalization by redesigning processes and implementing workflow, RPA, AI, and self-service solutions. Partners with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and vendors to improve efficiency, data quality, compliance, and employee experience.

Lead global L&D strategy: assess training needs, design and deliver e-learning and classroom programs, manage LMS and vendors, track budgets, hire and oversee L&D specialists, support e-Puma training delivery, and measure training effectiveness to align with business priorities.

Designs, develops, and maintains scalable data architectures, ETL pipelines, data lakes, warehouses, data models, and data catalogs. Builds data solutions using Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Scala, .NET, Python, and PySpark. Partners with data scientists, business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to deliver analytics-ready data products, establish governance and standards, mentor professionals, evaluate emerging tools, and support strategic enterprise initiatives.

Embed with the Mumbai site to build and maintain end-to-end BI dashboards (Tableau/Sigma), define and automate regional KPIs/SLA tracking, translate business requirements into analytic solutions, partner with central data engineering for complex builds, and drive adoption of self-serve analytics while reducing manual finance reporting.

Lead end-to-end web and intranet design using Figma, build and maintain a scalable design system, create responsive accessible front-end interfaces, manage CMS/intranet structures, and embed AI-augmented workflows to accelerate prototyping and handoff while partnering with digitization and stakeholders.

Lead design, development, testing, and implementation of DocuSign CLM solutions and integrations. Customize workflows, templates, and rules; document configurations; perform debugging and quality monitoring; provide technical leadership, training, and support; manage end-to-end CLM projects and collaborate with legal, sales, and operations to streamline contract management processes.
