Manage and grow a portfolio of small business clients via outbound calls and digital channels. Drive adoption of Pluxee’s platform, educate clients, resolve usage barriers, track opportunities in Salesforce, and execute upsells to expand account value.

The Key Account Manager for the SME team will focus on developing relationships and managing key accounts, promoting Pluxee's employee benefits and engagement solutions.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure services and features. Collaborate in agile squads with QA, Product, and Design. Write unit/integration tests, maintain documentation and API contracts, support debugging and incidents, and improve engineering practices and architecture.
