The Senior Manager Trade Marketing is responsible for developing, rolling out, and tracking category-led customer marketing programs across various channels, ensuring high-quality execution and coordination with cross-functional teams while monitoring performance metrics and competitors.

Lead administration, governance, and continuous improvement of employee benefits, global mobility, and ESOP/LTI programs. Manage SAP SD support and special projects: configure and support SD/LE/TM in ECC and S/4HANA, integrate SAP with external systems (Salesforce, GST portals, e-invoicing, 3PL), support MM/WM/PS, handle transportation and warehouse modules, drive enhancements, testing, documentation, and export compliance.

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable for North American business units from India, leading collections, credit management, cash application, bank reconciliation, dispute resolution, and DSO/working capital optimization. Produce MIS/AR dashboards, forecasts, month-end AR close, provisions for doubtful debts, balance confirmations, and support audits while collaborating with global stakeholders and driving process improvements.

Lead employee relations across manufacturing and office sites in India: ensure statutory compliance, manage grievances and litigation, oversee third-party contractor compliance and audits, run ER dashboards, liaise with unions and authorities, and build capability in line managers.

Lead planning and execution of employee engagement, rewards & recognition, employer branding, internal communications, and large-scale events. Coordinate nominations, awards, budgets, vendors, social media content (LinkedIn), and stakeholder communications. Track participation, feedback, and campaign effectiveness to strengthen culture and employee experience.

The role involves providing operational support for procurement at US plants, coordinating with vendors, creating purchase orders, ensuring compliance, and improving procurement processes.

The Executive-QC is responsible for analyzing and sampling in-process, intermediate, and stability samples, ensuring compliance with SOPs and cGMP, and preparing stability documentation.

Drive implementation of process improvement initiatives across PPS sites globally, enhancing operational efficiency and creating a continuous improvement culture with a focus on Lean, ToC, and Six Sigma methodologies.
