The Senior Manager Trade Marketing is responsible for developing, rolling out, and tracking category-led customer marketing programs across various channels, ensuring high-quality execution and coordination with cross-functional teams while monitoring performance metrics and competitors.

Lead administration, governance, and continuous improvement of employee benefits, global mobility, and ESOP/LTI programs. Ensure compliance with Indian and international regulations, manage vendor and stakeholder relationships, deliver analytics and reporting, oversee grants/vests/exercises, and supervise team operations to support Total Rewards strategy and operational excellence.

The Senior Executive-GEEC will oversee HR audits, compliance monitoring, and MIS reporting to ensure accurate data delivery across HR services globally.
