Oversee investment operations for US and European CLOs, including compliance monitoring, waterfall payment reconciliation, cash-flow review, loan administration oversight, security attribute maintenance, lifecycle events, legal-document analysis, financial modeling, and client reporting. Collaborate with global internal teams, rating agencies, accountants, auditors, underwriters, and investors to support managed portfolios and ensure accurate operational processes.

Supports middle-office investment operations across fixed income, equity, FX, derivatives, and multi-asset portfolios. Responsibilities include trade processing, settlement, reconciliation, cash and collateral management, corporate actions, reporting, exception resolution, outsourced provider oversight, audits, controls, and regulatory adherence. The role also contributes to automation, process improvement, system implementations, and strategic operating model initiatives while partnering with investment teams, custodians, brokers, compliance, and vendors.

Support end-to-end collateral and margin processes for bilateral and cleared derivatives, including margin calls, dispute resolution, and collateral settlement. Use AcadiaSoft and BlackRock Aladdin, partner with front office, risk, legal, and treasury, support onboarding of counterparties, and drive efficiency and automation initiatives while covering US trading hours.
