Leads student recruitment strategy and operations across India for international education partners. Manages agent relationships, recruitment targets, admissions coordination, marketing and conversion campaigns, market development, student advising, recruitment events, staff training, and market intelligence reporting. Requires substantial international education sales experience, strong regional networks, leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Regular domestic and occasional international travel is required.

Manage and assess student applications according to admissions requirements and service agreements. Communicate with students, agents, and regional teams; conduct and document interviews; maintain stakeholder relationships; and support recruitment targets. The role requires accurate recordkeeping, deadline management, problem-solving, professional communication, and guidance on course selection and visa-related processes. It also involves working independently in a fast-paced environment and traveling as required.

Manage overdue student accounts through outbound calls, payment-plan negotiation, invoice follow-up, credit assessment, and debt recovery. Maintain accurate CRM records, resolve payment disputes, monitor credit-control procedures, and prepare reports on outstanding debts and recovery trends. The role requires empathetic communication, sound judgment, confidentiality, compliance with data protection requirements, and collaboration with university, admissions, student support, finance, sales, marketing, and executive teams. Local and national travel may be required.
