Lead and execute partner recruitment strategy for India, manage agent and partner relationships to meet enrolment targets, collaborate with Admissions, Marketing and Conversion teams, attend recruitment events, provide market intelligence and training, produce reports, and deputize for the VP when required. Role involves regular domestic travel and occasional international travel.

Manage the India education division finance function: monthly management accounts, month-end close, cash and working capital, budgeting and reforecasting, audits, tax and statutory filings, revenue recognition, credit control, financial reporting and business partnering to support growth and improve processes.
