Support the GM of India and VP of India Sales by managing complex calendars, travel, communications, priorities, and operating rhythms. Coordinate executive visits from HQ, facilitate cross-functional projects, optimize workflows, track priorities across time zones, and handle sensitive information with discretion. The role requires strong judgment, diplomacy, cross-cultural communication, operational rigor, and fluency in Hindi and English. It is based in Mumbai with a hybrid schedule of three office days weekly.

Lead India B2B marketing strategy and execution for enterprise, startup, developer, and partner audiences. Own full-funnel programs (field, content, customer marketing, events, partner marketing), align with GTM and global teams, manage agencies and budgets, measure performance, and build foundational marketing capabilities and operating rhythms for India.

Partner with strategic enterprise customers to define GenAI strategy, design architectures using ChatGPT/OpenAI API, build prototypes to production, manage stakeholder relationships, scale best practices and notebooks, and provide high-signal feedback to Product and Research teams.

The Solutions Engineer will partner with customers to help them derive business value from OpenAI's products, manage pre-sales processes, and provide technical expertise.
