Manage APAC mid-market accounts, develop regional go-to-market strategies, win lighthouse customers through outbound sales, and drive consumption revenue. Partner with solutions, research, engineering, and channel partners on complex customer programs. Responsibilities include revenue forecasting, executive engagement, customer events, teammate onboarding, and helping build scalable sales processes for an AI-native organization.

Own the full sales cycle for advertisers in India, driving new and expanded ad revenue. Build account plans, negotiate complex deals, forecast pipeline, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure post-sale success and long-term advertiser ROI.

Support the GM of India and VP of India Sales by managing complex calendars, travel, communications, priorities, and operating rhythms. Coordinate executive visits from HQ, facilitate cross-functional projects, optimize workflows, track priorities across time zones, and handle sensitive information with discretion. The role requires strong judgment, diplomacy, cross-cultural communication, operational rigor, and fluency in Hindi and English. It is based in Mumbai with a hybrid schedule of three office days weekly.
