Own complex software engineering problems end to end, from architecture and prototyping through production. Build primarily backend systems while contributing across frontend, infrastructure, data, AI, and internal tooling. Design scalable systems, evaluate AI and LLM approaches, automate workflows, improve engineering practices, and help unblock teammates. The role requires strong independence, product judgment, broad technical ownership, and a focus on continuously improving system quality and development processes.

Build and run end-to-end GTM experiments: define ICPs and segments, research accounts, design and launch ABM/outbound campaigns, automate workflows connecting CRM, enrichment and AI systems, and tie campaign activity to pipeline and revenue while iterating based on results.
