Build and run end-to-end GTM experiments: define ICPs and segments, research accounts, design and launch ABM/outbound campaigns, automate workflows connecting CRM, enrichment and AI systems, and tie campaign activity to pipeline and revenue while iterating based on results.

About Us

Oliv.AI is a SalesTech global startup headquartered in San Francisco, debuting the world's first team of AI Agents for sales. With our recent $5.2M Seed funding, we solve one of the biggest problems for revenue teams: unreliable deal data. Oliv captures Deal Intelligence from every meeting, call, and email—without any rep involvement. The result is a clear, detailed view of every deal, presented in scorecards built on trusted sales methodologies like MEDDICC, BANT, and SPICED. Our AI agents are built for sales teams—sales managers, AEs, and RevOps—handling the work that takes them away from selling. With Oliv AI, sales teams can bring back focus on deals, strategy and conversation.

The role

This is not a traditional marketing role, and it is not a pure engineering role either.

You will decide which accounts matter, build the systems that research them, write the content that reaches them, build the partnerships that amplify it, and turn all of that into qualified pipeline.

Two things have to be true about you at once.

You are technically sharp enough to build your own workflows, wire up your own APIs, and ship a working system without waiting on engineering or anyone else. Nothing you own should be blocked on a single person, including us.

And you are obsessed with distribution — content, syndication, social, and partnerships — because pipeline goes to whoever the buyer already trusts. That means newsletters, communities, podcasts, comparison pages, partner audiences, and the people who influence them.

What you will ownGTM strategy and experimentation
  • Develop and continuously refine Oliv's ICP, market segments, buyer personas, and account-selection criteria.

  • Translate company goals into specific growth hypotheses and campaign plans.

  • Identify new audiences, buying signals, use cases, and distribution opportunities.

  • Build a structured experimentation roadmap across content, social, syndication, partnerships, outbound, and ABM.

  • Define success metrics before launching a program, then stop, modify, or scale it based on pipeline outcomes.

Account research and intelligence
  • Build systems that identify high-potential accounts and contacts, and the triggers that show an account is ready to engage.

  • Develop enrichment workflows using firmographic, technographic, hiring, funding, leadership, and intent data.

  • Create account-scoring and prioritisation models.

  • Automate repetitive research while keeping data and output quality high, and turn raw account information into usable campaign insight.

Content and syndication
  • Own Oliv's content engine end to end: what gets made, who it is for, where it goes, and what it is supposed to produce. You will write it yourself.

  • Build and work a distribution list of newsletters, communities, podcasts, and industry publications, and land Oliv in them.

  • Get Oliv into the third-party listicles and comparison pages that both human buyers and AI answer engines cite.

  • Build syndication and repurposing as a system, not a manual chore.

  • Judge content on pipeline influenced, not on traffic or impressions.

Social and community
  • Run Oliv's social presence, brand and founder accounts alike, including ghostwriting for executives.

  • Show up in the communities where our buyers actually talk — Reddit, Slack, and peer groups included — as a useful participant with your identity and employer disclosed, not as a spammer.

  • Turn engagement into a workable audience: capture the people who interact, enrich them, and route them into the right motion.

  • Treat social as a research channel as much as a broadcast one, and feed what you learn back into messaging and targeting.

Partnerships and ecosystem
  • Identify, pitch, and land the partners worth having: integration and tech partners, agencies, consultancies, communities, creators, and resellers.

  • Build co-marketing programs — joint webinars, co-authored content, newsletter swaps, integration launches, marketplace and directory listings.

  • Own a partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline number, and the plumbing that makes it measurable.

  • Be someone a partner's senior team is glad to have on the call, and someone their team wants to work with again.

Campaign strategy and execution
  • Personally build and launch targeted campaigns across email, LinkedIn, ABM, content, and other relevant channels.

  • Develop campaign concepts, offers, messaging, and audience logic, including account-specific experiences.

  • Build nurture, reactivation, closed-lost, and expansion campaigns.

  • Coordinate closely with sales on account selection, follow-up, and pipeline conversion.

  • Run small, fast experiments before scaling, and own quality from targeting through measurement.

GTM systems and automation
  • Build and maintain workflows connecting CRM, enrichment providers, campaign and content tools, internal data, and AI systems.

  • Work hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Clay, Apify, n8n, Make, and PostHog — and be able to replace any of them with something better.

  • Work directly with APIs, webhooks, scripts, and LLMs to build intelligent workflows.

  • Design human-review and quality-control steps for AI-generated output, and evaluate that output rigorously rather than trusting it.

  • Monitor automation failures, data-quality issues, and campaign errors before they become pipeline problems.

  • Create reusable systems and documentation, and raise the execution standard across the growth organisation.

Analytics and revenue accountability
  • Connect campaign, content, social, and partner activity to meetings, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue.

  • Own attribution and the CRM data quality it depends on. Build the tracking you need rather than waiting for someone to build it for you.

  • Diagnose why campaigns are succeeding or failing.

  • Monitor funnel conversion, account engagement, cost per opportunity, and pipeline contribution.

  • Present clear recommendations to founders and senior stakeholders rather than simply reporting numbers.

What we are looking for
  • 4+ years in growth, GTM engineering, revenue automation, growth operations, or marketing operations. We weight what you have personally shipped far above titles, tenure, or company names.

  • A track record of building and executing B2B SaaS growth campaigns for North American or global audiences.

  • Working command of SQL and Python or JavaScript, plus real comfort with APIs and webhooks — reading the documentation, debugging the failing call, building the integration yourself.

  • Strong practical understanding of LLMs, prompting, agentic workflows, and how to evaluate AI output instead of assuming it is right.

  • A body of published writing you can point to, and the ability to write copy a senior buyer would actually finish reading.

  • Evidence of building a distribution channel from zero: a newsletter, a community presence, a content engine, a partner program, a following.

  • Credibility with senior people. You can run a call with a VP, a CRO, or a partner executive without a manager in the room.

  • Strong analytical judgment, comfort working with incomplete information, and evidence of personally shipping rather than managing agencies.

Strong indicators of fit
  • You break vague growth problems into testable hypotheses.

  • You can go from a spreadsheet or a customer insight to a working campaign within days.

  • When a tool cannot do what you need, your instinct is to build it, not to file a request.

  • You have opinions about where your buyers spend their attention, and you have tested them.

  • You care more about qualified pipeline than impressions, opens, or activity volume.

  • You enjoy early-stage environments where the role is not fully defined.

How to apply

Send a Loom covering two things:

  1. A GTM system you personally built — the problem, what you implemented, the tools and code involved, and the measurable outcome.

  2. A distribution channel you personally grew — what you published or built, how you got it in front of the right people, and what it produced.

Show us the actual artefacts: the workflow, the posts, the partner page, the dashboard.
