Mobilizes and counsels candidates for skill development programs through community outreach, awareness drives, eligibility screening, enrollment support, and career guidance. Coordinates with training centers, trainers, and community stakeholders; follows up on attendance and course completion; maintains candidate records; prepares reports; and supports enrollment and placement targets.

Coordinates campus placement activities between students, recruiters, faculty, and company representatives. Responsibilities include managing job communications, candidate eligibility, technical assessments, interview scheduling, resumes, training sessions, recruitment records, reporting, onboarding support, and follow-up through joining. The role also develops industry relationships, resolves placement issues, ensures confidentiality and policy compliance, and uses office, assessment, and placement-management tools.

Mobilizes youth from underserved communities, schools, and slum areas to enroll in digital literacy and IT training programs. Conducts door-to-door outreach, community meetings, awareness sessions, and counseling for students and parents. Supports registration, documentation, reporting, coordination with schools, NGOs, and local leaders, and organizes community engagement activities while meeting monthly enrollment targets.
