The Placement Executive builds employer partnerships and sources verified employment, apprenticeship, and internship opportunities. They prepare learners through resume support, employability sessions, counseling, and mock interviews; coordinate recruitment activities and match candidates to suitable roles. The position tracks interviews, offers, joining, retention, and career progression while maintaining accurate placement documentation and reports. It also coordinates with trainers, mobilizers, center teams, and project managers, supports audits and programme reviews, and travels for employer meetings and recruitment activities.

Oversee daily center operations, infrastructure, supplies, reporting, compliance, and stakeholder relationships. Lead student outreach, counseling, enrollment, training quality, team performance, assessments, certifications, placements, and career-readiness initiatives. Manage trainers, facilitators, and counselors while ensuring operational, training, and placement KPIs are achieved.
