Manage and grow relationships with major corporate clients for employee transportation services. Act as single point of contact to ensure service delivery, monitor daily operations and SLAs, coordinate vendors and drivers, handle escalations and billing, produce MIS reports, identify upsell opportunities, and drive client retention and satisfaction.

Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow and liquidity management; drive reporting, KPI/dashboarding, cost control and operational finance improvements; support ERP implementation, internal controls, tax/legal/audit coordination and transaction work including M&A, valuations and investor/board presentations to achieve growth and profitability targets.

Lead firm-wide market, liquidity, technology, and operational risk for high-frequency proprietary trading. Set risk limits, monitor live trading for anomalies and strategy misfires, manage regulatory and macro risks, improve risk processes and certification, and partner with trading, quant, engineering, and senior management to mitigate exposures across thousands of portfolios and instruments.
