Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional specifications for ServiceNow implementations (ITOM/ITAM). Drive impact analysis, wireframes, demos, UAT, and acceptance criteria; partner with technical teams to deliver solutions and manage stakeholder priorities.

Senior ServiceNow developer focused on TSOM/SOMT and integrations to build Work Order management, scheduling, and dispatch solutions. Develop interfaces, ServiceNow event rules, discovery and service mapping patterns, MID server configuration, Service Graph integration, REST-based integrations, and prevent duplicate CIs. Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to support CMDB, environment migration, and advanced discovery/service mapping tasks.

Lead and mentor a team building ServiceNow ITOM solutions (CMDB, Discovery, Service Maps). Gather requirements, design and implement integrations (MID Server and cloud-to-cloud), configure Flow Designer, scripting, Event and Impact rules, perform UAT, promote update sets, remediate production incidents, and maintain operational documentation and SOPs.

Lead process governance and quality management for ServiceNow delivery. Define enterprise delivery processes, QMS, KPIs/SLAs, audits, and continuous improvement. Mentor teams, drive release/testing standards, collaborate with practice leads and clients to improve implementation maturity and reduce rework.

Deploy and operationalize AI-powered workflows and integrations (notably within ServiceNow) for clients. Build prototypes, integrate LLMs and AI services, develop microservices and automation, troubleshoot and optimize production systems, and contribute reusable assets to NewRocket's AI platforms while working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
