The ServiceNow Solution Architect - AI role involves leading and mentoring a team, designing and deploying AI-driven applications, managing application development, and integrating solutions into ServiceNow modules. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, troubleshooting, and ensuring adherence to technical standards.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and market launch for agentic AI solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements, validate features, integrate with ServiceNow, drive POCs and production rollouts, and measure ROI and IP/services revenue.

Design and implement ServiceNow FSM/CSM/SOM solutions including integrations, service mapping, discovery, CMDB management, MID server configuration, pattern development, and stakeholder collaboration to support work order management, scheduling, and dispatch.
