Gather requirements, design and implement customizations, configure workflows and applications, develop integrations, create service maps, support testing and production remediation, and mentor engineers. Maintain documentation, promote updates across environments, and guide customers on technical solutions. Requires extensive ServiceNow ITOM implementation, administration, configuration, development, integration, scripting, and technical documentation experience.

Develop and enhance ServiceNow TSM/OMT applications for work order management, scheduling, dispatch, discovery, service mapping, and CMDB operations. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical SMEs, configure MID servers and discovery patterns, develop REST integrations, maintain event rules, prevent duplicate configuration items, and migrate Service Mapping patterns across environments.
