Handles corporate secretarial and regulatory compliance, including board and AGM documentation, stock exchange filings, ESOP listings, IEPF obligations, SEBI insider-trading compliance, audits, SOPs, and filings with MCA, RBI, and other authorities.

Manage mutual fund product development and performance, gather market intelligence, recommend product enhancements, coordinate with rating agencies, and monitor RMF and competitor products. The role also requires understanding mutual fund processes and applicable SEBI regulations, along with collaboration across teams.

Manage relationships with corporate clients, banks, distributors, and agents to grow regional business. Generate sales through consultative engagement with finance, treasury, CEOs, branch managers, senior relationship managers, and regional heads. Prospect, sell to, and manage bank-based sales personnel involved in mutual funds; achieve sales targets; analyze markets and industries; expand distribution networks; and recruit, develop, and motivate agents and distributors.
